Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments for senior representatives to present our offerings, and ensuring follow-up and attendance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our services.
  • Schedule appointments for senior representatives to conduct detailed presentations of our offerings.
  • Maintain and update the database of contacts, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and ensure attendance at scheduled presentations.
  • Provide basic information about our services, addressing initial queries.
  • Collaborate with the training and marketing teams to support overall goals.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective clients.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or a similar role in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
